Drunk Elephant was founded in Houston in 2013 by Tiffany Masterson and has been owned by Shiseido since 2019. The brand leaves out what it calls the Suspicious 6 — essential oils, drying alcohols, silicones, chemical sunscreens, fragrances and dyes, and SLS — and is known for Protini Polypeptide Cream and C-Firma serum.
